The new images of Too Human

We posted around 250 images and a couple of videos of Too Human earlier today, and it was a big crazy mix of old and new images. The die-hard Too Human fan insane_cobra did a monster job and went through the images, and here are as far as we know the new images of the bunch, 65 of them. If they are from a new build or not is hard to know.

that is fricken top notch graphics. especially on the faces.
this is the first time i can honestly say "i cant wait!!!!!" about TOO HUMAN.

It sometimes just sort of hits me what a twat Baldur looks like, and it doesn't matter! I know you can change his appearance and whatever, but it's a curious fact that a game hero can look like a bit of a tit and you just kind of roll with it.

Niko is another example where you have a game hero looking neither 13 year old girl-man nor chisel jawed adventure brute. More ugly heroes to the people I say!

For those that haven't seen it, I really recommend the "gameplay" video that is up on the Marketplace. The one showing how Baldur gets assaulted in a "bar". I saw it last week and it was the first time I actually understood how major the story is in the game. The screens all makes it about chopping, but that video really showed some cool stuff. I think it was from some expo, in their "Enjoy from home" folder or whatever they call it.

it's funny since Baldr was suppose to be the most beautiful of the gods if I'm not mistaken :p

If it's the video I'm thinking of, then I really wouldn't recommend it. SK seems pretty weak when it comes to directing action in their cutscenes.

There was some lame moments, in it, I agree. But it's pretty old and things can have changed after it. Anyway it was a video that at least really opened up my eyes for it, however lame it was (even though maybe it's not really "recommended" for all as you say).

Things just lacked weight and impacts felt inconsequential. It seemed amateurish especially after seeing cut-scenes from MGS4. The content of it wasn't bad though; I just thought the execution of it needed some work. I did like the suspense as Baldur tracked the monster thing as it lurked outside of the bar.

It's pretty much a Devil May Cry cutscene made into a school play yeah.

I really rather they didn't try, because this game is clearly not even trying to deliver that brand of over the top, balls to the wall action. Leave it up to Ryu Hayabusa to fight that battle.

I agree with you, it was also the first video I saw that opened up my eyes for this game. It's a bit on the cheesy side but I still enjoyed it, it was a good video to introduce the cinematic aspects of the game.

very nice skill ^0^ I saw the outside of environment , it's just to choose the mission? I need to fight in mission at the outside. but I like character design and weapons design for this game actual . So this game it's used unreal3 or not? I don't know because it's less than unreal3 of Gears of war . :( thx a lot of screenshot :D

Eh. Its harder for devs to do more then 2 player coop. Its either all the same, and therefore easier with more people, or they have to do extar work. Plus with mroe then 2 people in a game like this, things would start to get cluttered. Its Coop, not MP. I understand where your coming from though.


And until the screens that looked all fuzzy and blurred it looked great. Very sharp and detailed. And the effects are coming along nicely. Can't wait for this game. =D

Yeah the new online console fad is really killing local multiplayer which I definitely prefer over playing strangers

I guess we just have to stick to sports and fighting games if we want to play with friends :/

oh my.... Baldur is a really ugly god indeed, but what the heck :) the game looks beatiful. I just hope they managed to get rid of their engine problems...
anyone knows if this game still uses the UE3?? It still quite looks like it, although they had quite a mismanagement with Epic...
