It's been quite some time since out last The Outfit news, so I'm happy that THQ started releasing some stuff about Relic's game. the video is quite old but it's still new here. Update: 24 720p-images added. Don't you dare say they're old!
Not new, but well worth a watch.
After spending last weekend with Relic in Vancouver, I have to say this game looks awesome. The 'destruction on demand' is fantastic and makes for an awesomely intense experience.
Multiplayer should be ace and reminds me a lot of Return Fire on the PSone, this is a seriously sweet game.
Definately has always looked like more of a "rental" type of game, I can't see spending $60 on that. I've never been big on third person either, always more of a first person shooter type of guy.

Right back at u...
Looks a lot of fun, with the whole action/strategy combination. But can't see the lifespan being more than a couple of hours.
This game reminds me ALOT of Mercenaries (which is a great game) and it's got ALOT in common, the close combat, you can order stuff and they'll be dropped where you want them, and if this has Co-Op then this IS a must have for me
This game is the closest I'll ever get to playing a sequel for the superb Freedom Fighters from IO Interactive. It's like Freedom Fighters meets Return Fire. :)
looks awful so far in the graphics department. the guys coat is only one piece of geomtry. texture maps are awful. looks plain, horrible lighting. just my opinion.
Wow, yeah, must be, and it certainly differs from mine. I think this is excellently lit, and the textures are both sharp and nicely subtle. Everything looks really solid and has a nice level of detail. The character models aren't really that pronounced in these shots, but they look decidedly post Far Cry in other shots, and considering the action that goes on in this game I think it's mighty impressive in fact.
The terrain is sort of blocky in some instances, especially the piles of rubble could look a bit more convincing, but overall I think it's a great looking game.
[edit: In fact, are we even looking at the same screenshots? lol]
actually, i take that back...i just think the geometry is too simple. The gameplay does look rather nice. and it seem like the action is a little more intense than Mercenaries, which is good. I'll probably rent it before i buy it though.

Oh and I do believe this indeed has co-op.
For WWII Fans i suppose.

I've played a lot of 360 stuff recently, but this is the one game I'm really looking forward to.
Sure, we've seen betteer looking titles, but as far as the multiplayer experience goes, this game has it down.
