Saying that, for an mmo this game look visually great
On the one hand, this game looks sick. But then on the other, well it is Funcom
Well at least on the bright side, this one should be out this year (at least on PC). Saw a video interview with the devs, who stated this one has been in one stage of development or other, for about seven years. So it's pretty much finished, and we will get to pass judgement on it soon enough.
I do however, love the idea that they are dropping classes, and leveling up, and grinding in general - all hallmarks of gameplay used to make most MMOs boring as sin. That and the fact the game is very story focused, with tons of missions, sub-missions and cut-scenes, much like a standard RPG.
And the setting . . . the set up for this game, is to die for.
We'll have to wait and see if Funcom can make all these ideas gel together into a fun experience worth paying a monthly fee over.
