The Splatters, physics-driven puzzler game from indie studio SpikySnails SpikySnail has passed certification and will be avaiable to download over the XBLA on April 11 for 800 MSP. Check out the screens inside to see how it looks.

... and then he referred himself as Indie Dev on hist twitter account. People that think they should or shouldn't label, and this or that is wrong for being not alike how they should do or expect, are just pathetic.

Indie just means Independent. The moment an 'indie' dev gets a publisher they're really no different to any other developer out there. But there are still indie devs out there. Just most of the "indie" devs people generally refer to arnt indie imo.
