Although I don't think this is my cup of tea, I still like the graphics a lot.

Man, playing Witcher 1 demo on my laptop, smooth as butter. But the graphical leap with this sequel is ridiculous, probably would need to play it on Medium settings for a stable framerate.

I'm not blown away by the "radiant AI" bec I've seen it before in Fable and Oblivion, but was impressed with the changes in weather affecting townfolk behaviour.

Budget for this must at least be $20 million.

CDP are a rare breed of developer these days. From the amazing graphical fidelity to the tireless attention to detail, and their pro-consumer DRM attitudes, you can see that they actually have a passion for what they're doing. This game wasn't just pushed out for a quick buck (ala DA2), it's a true labor of love.
