First 10 minutes PC PS4

Thief is about to break into next gen consoles and personal computers and Gamersyde couldn't miss such an opportunity to show you some high quality gameplay footage. Now, as uploading all our PS4 videos will take a long while, we thought you might enjoy a shorter extract presenting the game's graphics and art style on Sony's console. As you'll see, the game's framerate is strangely weak, reminding of Garrett's latest adventures on the first Xbox back in 2004. Technical considerations aside, one can't argue the fact that Eidos Montreal's title seems to nail it in terms of atmosphere, at least from the little we've seen of it. If you want to see more, stick around as we should be able to put up our PC footage quite soon.
Update: Added PC videos in 1080p and 60 frames per second.

From what ive read the PC Version is somewhat superiour to the Consoles on Max Settings.

Just the fact that it runs smoothly at 60fps makes it superior, but yeah, I guess it also looks a bit nicer. The PS4 version doesn't look bad though.

I bought the PC version for a nice cheap price from GMG so I'm happy with my purchase (of course haven't played it yet as it's still locked). I find some of the review scores quite disingenuous though, plenty of big name sites who historically have shown they will suckle at the teat of whichever PR firm is paying them via a publisher rather than remotely respect a franchise or game's lineage, are using the excuse that this Thief isn't a true Thief to give it low scores, find it very illogical, guess Eidos couldn't afford a very big advertising budget.

I have a great gaming PC right now. But when I see this PS4 footage and see how sharp the game looks. I just feel my instincts go and it makes me want to get a PS4. What a difference to the PS3, wow.

I just like to 'collect' consoles, because of what each of them is capable of. Doesn't matter if they're weaker than my pc. I just want to play those great console exclusives.

I have a PS4 and was tempted to get the PS4 version of this but knew it was only through playing it that I'd know if it was worth the money or not, thus figured the PC version for £20 was the way to go :)

The game is really as bad as all the reviews say, its full of bugs and glitches too

PS4 is certainly the way to go especially from an exclusive standpoint.

The fact that the latest console hardware can't run a lot of these games at 60 FPS is just sad. You can build a decent SteamBox for $500. I am running 120hz on my PC with a Korean Qnix monitor. Seriously, I think this will be the first console generation I skip in my life.

Not to mention, you can get the PC version for $25..

It's just the beginning of the game. Plus, what did you expect? There were not going to be beaches, mountains and jungles. ;)

Well that would make "Common Sense" wouldn't it?......that's why I don't go to forums anymore full of PS3/360 Gen. Kids. With dumb comments and ridiculous expectations.
