PC Xbox 360 PS3

Midway Games prepares a new intellectual property (IP) in the action-adventure genre for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms. Planned for the end of this year, This Is Vegas will allow you to gamble in casinos, dance in popular night clubs and race around the city with your car. The story and first artworks can be found inside.

When a powerful businessman begins turning Vegas into a family-friendly tourist trap, you must start your own powerful empire and resurrect the famous adult playground. Party hard at the hottest clubs to make VIP connections. Grow your bankroll by hitting high stakes tables. Race the fastest cars on the underground circuit to raise your reputation. Fight off enemies with fists and firearms to prove your strength. Where you go and what you do is your call whether counting cards, seducing dangerous women, cruising the strip or starting bar brawls, you must put the sin back in sin city.

I hope you have to start out as a poorly paid guy on the street handing out advert cards for hookers! Oh and it better feature busloads of overweight elderly folk in shorts and sandals!

eh...sounds like a bit of a weird concept, but if its more about the action it might be good...

I hope it has plenty of dialog and good gameplay. That's what it'll take to make this game great. If it's just a collection of gambling and racing segments it'll suck.

It seems a bit meh. Although, Surreal developed The Suffering which was a pretty solid series. Still, I think Midway is gonna continue hemmoraging money this year.

uh is this going to be a porn game or something? cause the guys at IGN said that the developers are aiming for a rated Mature game. and knowing vegas, that place is filled with sex and strippers and all the adult fantasies u could think of. i know gambling alone can make this game rated M but they say stuff like "u can dance in clubs". the reason i think this game could fail is that ifs it trying to make it just a vegas freeroaming game it wont be realistic if u cant do all the freaky stuff u would normally do in that city (minus the shootouts).

There's a girl on the right side of the picture of the night club flashing the viewer.

WTH there totally is a flasher in pic 2. Hell of a way to announce a game. It sounds original at least.
