Nice of you guys to make a livestream, but will you guys just show landscapes and gameplay elements or will you show parts of the story?

Asking because after 8 years and being 1 day away from the game's release, spoiling anything story-related would be a shame.

I don't think you 'll see much of the story as there is not much narrative going on. But it's not like we're going to stay in one place for 40 minutes.

Okay, I will try to watch it live. Out of curiosity, I've found the old articles about The Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection here at Gamersyde, and was wondering if you and/or Blim have finished either or both. And were you guys highly anticipating TLG?

I finished ICO on PS2 and only played Shadow of the Colossus for a little while on PS3.

The framerate is ************ atrocious, being it was a bullshottery of a impossible demanding game for a Ps3, but upgrading the hardware and not running at 30fps on a lousy ps4 is hilarious.

Must add to the Ueda collector's collection, though.

i have the game since saturday (Pegi EU version), and i have finish the game in 14 hours. and its very nice, Trico is the best part in this game, he is so nice. all move from Trico looks very realistic.

Transferring the engine from ps3 to ps4 must have been a nightmare. At least the Ps4 pro 1080p version runs solid 30fps. But yeah they need to patch base ps4 performance

Yeah i saw about that. The patches are unlikelly to fix this in the short term.
Glad i'm on pro.

I don't know what happened exactly in development but i know that it's a PS3 game ported on ps4 and their processors are radically different and likelly made the port a nightmare if the code was a mess.

The technical problems didn't happen for no reason i'm sure of it. The development of this game deserve a documentary at this point...

all i know is that ueda isn't touching the game as a "director" since ~2012/3, and about that time we all knew it as a ps4 game, its work as a "creative lead" was over. If it has shitty "game mechanics" or broken crap, its because on the end of development, were the polishing is more focused, the game wasa bakrupt on the "wraping it up".

All Team ICO games have bad framerate. I'll probably hardly notice it just like with Shadow of the Colossus.

Don't give me that crap please. I paid to provide the website with content for years before I started to get them from the publishers. Believe it or not, but getting their trust required a lot of work on the website, something you can probably never comprehend. I give a lot of my free time so you can whine on every single article we post, so maybe, just maybe, I can be entitled to get some of these games for free. Even more so considering I am not even paid to do everything I do here. I would gladly pay for The Last Guardian, even after completing it, just to get the nice box if you want to know, but I would pay even more not to see you post such shitty comments all the time. The problem is not that you haven't played it yet, it's that you're trashing the game and you don't even know what you're talking about.

I finished the game a few minutes ago and it was a totally wonderful experience, just like Ico and Shadow before; this is the best that games can get, in my opinion. As for performance, I had zero problems on the base ps4, no bugs, no framerate problems, nothing. Shadow had much worse framerate than this and it didn't stop it from being of the best games I have ever played. The one thing I didnt like was the camera which should have been better and most of all I hate the giant control prompts you get on screen all the f*** time but other than that, the game was another masterpiece from Ueda, and that's 3 out of 3.
