Nice trailer. Game seems to look better than the cartoon, with better animation too. Gameplay looks to be deeper than other DBZ fighting games too.

It cant be any worse than the charging going on in Naruto where they charge for entire episodes per move:)

Actually Naruto is more bearable in retrospect than DBZ on that aspect lol.. just my personal opinion though :) This game is basically and instant buy tbh, LOVE DBZ fighting ^^ This coupled with Rise of the Ninja and I'm gonna drool my pants wet (if that is possible :D)

nah Naruto isnt more bearable. I had to stop watching the show and just starting watching it again when shippuuden rolled around cuz they kept either powering up for 3 episodes straight or kept spamming shadow clone jutsu 45 times in the episode. Nah DBZ may power up a while but way less annoying and usually doesnt end up being some lame move followed by another shadow clone spam.

Naruto, characters actually die and the story actually moves somewhere
It's not all leveling and all the characters don't magically come back to life when the bad guy is gone like nothing happened

thats not anything to particularly brag about when your wasting 3 episodes on the same power up by the same person followed by the spam of shadow clone when they actually do start fighting. Nah, id rather to see people come back from the dead and fight if it could mean avoiding that even if the story is inferior. Shippuuden seems to have tone that crap down making it better, but Naruto before shippuuden had me wanting to throw up half the time.

Im done replying, we way off the subject.lol.

I really hope that they include some extreme environmental destruction. Part of the coolest battles in the animated series were when they just absolutely decimated entire parts of planets. If you can do a spirit bomb or some kind of crazy Kamehameha and absolutely blow parts of the planet up, this'll be one totally badass game.

To go back off topic, you can't really mock DBZ when Naruto has over 100 episodes of filler and the ultimate move in the series, Rasengan, is used to power boats, make food etc...

Back on topic, the trailers been on YouTube for weeks but none the less this game looks like the ultimate dream for a DBZ fan. Great fighting combined with a story that captures the esscense of the series using the great cut scenes we saw in Budokai 1 on PS2.

DBZ would have filler too, but they instead went for slowing down progress to a snails pace
The ultimate move in the series isn't rasengan as chidori is it's equivalent, so are other moves. Spirit bomb is the ultimate move in dbz, what's your point?
The formula is similar because they're both made by JUMP. The fact is though, Naruto came later so the formula is at least refined

You miss the point. What I was saying is that Naruto was difiled as the main characters ultimate move, Naruto's Rasengan, was supposed to only be used a handful of times in the series to make it seem more epic but instead it was used in fillers to power a boat, make food etc.
With DBZ, the ultimate move was in fact kept intact and felt that more epic as it was barely used unless in dire situations.
That was my point, not that Naruto copied DBZ or anything stupid like that...
