A Major new Multiplayer modes, cars, etc, etc... It may be a third of GTAIV, but almost all content is new.

According to IGN, the single-player campaign alone is 12 to 20 hours. Now that is big and meaty, indeed.

http://xboxlive.ign.com/articles/953/953076p1.html

OTHER STATS INCLUDE

Over 50 new music tracks and five new radio programs, added to five of the radio stations

Over 20 new vehicles added

Six new weapons added

5 new Achievements, totaling an extra 250 Achievement points

And 6 new online modes, including one that is an update on Road Rash, plus tons of new online skins

This is not an expansion pack, this is an entire game. 12 to 20 hours of singleplay campaign, tons of new content, plus six multiplayer modes.

I wonder if they are going to give just as much content on the second DLC, later this year?

Thats the same clip from the original game just before the deal goes wrong in the museum. You play it from Johnny's view this time. R* have said Niko gets no new lines or scenes.

Seems to me they're just making a dull game even bigger. Now it's a bigger dull game. I played GTA IV till the end, got my key to the city, but in comparison to SA and the sheer craziness of the events in SR2, GTA IV is plain plain plain.

So it's got a few more cars? Does that make driving through the uneventful Liberty City anymore fun? Not really, it's just a different model I'm sitting in.

Most of the new vehicles are bikes, and they have tuned them so the handling will be a bit different, they'll be easier to drive ect. So if you sucked at the bikes the first time around, yeah, you might get more enjoyment out of this dlc.

However, if you thought that GTA4 was a dull game to start with I don't really see why you've to get youselft into this. A lot of people obviously liked the first game and to change the core mechanics because of people like you is a bit too much to expect. This dlc is made for those who enjoyed the first stay in Liberty City, and people who didn't should probably take their money elsewhere. Its not like you have to like GTA because its GTA, so don't even try it.
