Xbox 360 PS3

Electronic Arts releases a new trailer of Army Of Two showcasing combat. You can note that the video seems to use the real-time engine of the game. Army Of Two is planned to be released in early march on 360 and PS3.

Interesting..now this is perfectly fine while playing co-op, but with only a single player, is the AI smart enough to pull of this sort of a stealthy maneuver?

I think this game just missed the boat. It should've been a summer 2007 game.

And the agro crap, yuck, horrible, the designer should be fired for thinking that's a good design choice.

It also looks very "small". Like there's nothing going on, there's no sense of being in a living world.

Feels dated.

That is pretty damn cool for co-op. The graphics look better, just more polished. I hope they explore other places than just the Middle East, because I've had my share with Ass Creed and CoD 4.

If this maneuver is meant to be in the single-player, then you should be able to either control the 2nd character, have assigned AI commands, or more squad commands. I'm very interested.

Dunpeal, i know it's just your opinion, but could you give reasons to why the aggro system is horrible? I think it fits the game just perfectly, it's not realistic but it's "innovative". As in, it's the first time it's introduced in a third person shooter.

i think its innovative in a way but aggro is something you all face in multiplayer shooters eg COD4 people are more likely to shoot you if ur shooting them

The system shown so far looks stupid and pointless, the whole concept of one player snaking around while the other lays down fire shouldn't require a specific gameplay feature, if the game is well designed and the ai dosen't cheat you should be able to do it with out a shitty gimmick.

All indications point to this game being shit. Anyone read the PSM3 early review(before EA delayed the game to avoid competition)? How did they rate the game?

i saw a preview on CVG.com on this game a couple of months ago saying that this game was horrible and that it would take a miracle for this game to get any chance of being decent. if this is true, EA is truly a terrible video game company. Like come on, how many games can you jack up. this game seems to be idiot proof with story and what sounds like awesome gameplay. and wen you can screw something like that up, you might as well just give up on everything else.

There was a gamersyde diary on this game, and if i remember correctly they said that while it was fun the co-op was lacking due to level design. So if they correct the level design, i think it could be a solid 8. Never expected anything more.
