IMO best ww2 planes experience.
IL2 has always had the best flight model of any WW2 or of any other simulator for that matter.
I hope the online support is pretty good.
Man it looks fantastic. If only someone would do a modern day flight simulator on consoles, hehe.

Modern planes are only fun if you make it a bit unrealistic, like Ace Combat, IMO.
Ground environments look really good from far away which, to be honest, means nothing since most air combat games share that characteristic and in the end from close up it looks well… functional…

By the way that’s the most realistic display of a modern fighter jet at the moment.

I will be buying it regardless though :) and I think it's a good thing that the consoles are getting a flight simulator of this caliber as it will no doubt introduce a whole new audience to the joy of iL2 and flight sims in general.
Just hurry up with the decent flight sticks and head tracking already MS.
