Looks pretty sweet. The trailer gives me the feeling that perhaps it will be a bit more action heavy than i would have wished, but it still looks pretty nice. We might have a nice horror/action adventure right here :)

i wish it had the atmosphere of event horizon, i love those szenaries of pure fear und horror. i'm afraid it's only one more EA-title...

Event horizon was a class film, if a bit sick. This looks like doom to me, which is not such a bad thing.

looks great, I just hope there is much more to the game than just shooting aliens.

They're terrible imo.

Looks mediocre. Basically it smacks of Doom 3 with a space marine equipped with a flashlight, and some alien creatures jumping out at you from time to time... what am I saying, this IS Doom 3. Plus, it hardly looks scary.

Probably should pass on this one. Many, many other survival horror games in the offing that are more deserving of your 60 bucks.

If I could get 10 SEK each time I hear that, I would have alot of pocket money :P

Let me say this clearly.

The main character is NOT a soldier/agent/spy...etc.
He is a engineer, he is the last one who survived the attack from the aliens.
Other than that, I don't know the story that much.

I guess I should recharacterize him as "guy in spacesuit." Either way, my point still stands. In terms of both art direction and the survival horror genre, the game looks incredibly bland and unoriginal. One can't help but get the sense that if you've played one survival horror game, you've played them all, nowadays (minus the really, really good ones).

It looks pretty damn cool I must say, though I fear another corridor-fest. The atmosphere is awesome though and the main character design is excellent imo.

This along with Tiberium have me quite intrigued. Can't wait to see some more of these titles!

Wish some publisher has the courage to make a real horror game in space, remember
when playing avp2 i was so scared that i stopped playing. This looks more action, gimma some real horror ;). Off course if there's a market for it ;)

Have you ever played Doom 3? This game is an over-the-shoulder action game and Doom 3 is an FPS. If anything, this game seems much more like Resident Evil 4 which I wouldn't mind another game that plays like it, since RE4 was so much fun.

First you say there are many many other survival horror games more deserving of his 60 bucks. Then you say that once you've played one survival game you've pretty much played them all. Minus the really really good $60 games which there are many many of. Name them please.

A little more alienish but what darksector should have been if it stuck to its original roots.
