Xbox 360 Xbox

Atari released this trailer of TimeShift. Note that there's no Xbox logo in the end of the trailer, so there's a possibility that TimeShift now is Xbox 360 and PC only.

The time tweaking aspects of this game look like they'll breathe new life into the somewhat stale FPS genre. I like it.

They're going to have to get a little more original than that to breathe new life into anything.

Blinx the Timeshifter!

Could be interesting though, pretty generic apart from the time thing.

Sadest thing about Blinx is that it could've been really good. :(

Godammit, you are all hating it becourse of the graphics, its coming out for PC you foo's! to me it almost looks like halflife 2.

There is so many possibilites with controlling time so im looking forward to this game.

This is a low quality video.
The graphics are quite acceptable actually.

The possibilities with time manipulation could be huge, and they've been thinking on it for years now (unlike us, who just jump a yell at random screenshots)

This could be a huge wow factor for FPS.

I don't really like the idea of having control over time. Seems kinda gimmicky to me and I think it would take the fun out of 'combat'. I guess there's no need for enemy AI in this game when you can just freeze everything..

That time thing is such a stupid idea...it will make the game so easy to beat.

Well, I think the game is designed around the time thing.

Surely, they've thought this out?

Again I should make this a sig of some sort do NOT judge games via videos or screenshots. No video or screenshot whether they be actual resolution can do a game proper justice until you see it running on the actual hardware on a nice hdtv.

I like what I saw this game could be huge.... For the record you can't use it nonstop and who cares as long as the game is fun and you enjoy playing through the story?

Yeah, I would imagine they put pretty significant limits on it's use...thereby not making the game impossibly easy.

the game is still planned for Xbox as well, they confirmed that on Go Play 2 last year in Lyon. It will first be released on 360 and PC, and around the summer the Xbox version would be released, after the others ...

(missing logo is probably just because this trailer is for the "next gen" version alone)

I can't stand how most developers are merely porting their games to 360. It'd be nice if at least couple games that come out are actually built from the ground up for the system.

Hey in Prince of Persia you have the ability to REWIND the time, how boring is that huh? Of course you will not be able to stop the time all the game through!...
