It would be nice if they do something really new to add to the formula.
New piñatas, new landscapes, etc... it's all good, but what about "really" new gameplay stuff?

My GF liked playing the 1st one, and I was glad for that because I hadn't played it untill she did.

I would have liked to see the choice to create your own island, like a 3D globe that you could fully control, instead of a restricted square patch of dirt :S.

all i wanted from the first game was to be able to actually hunt for pinata (not
in the killing for sport sense) instead of being imprisoned in a small square of land. it felt really limiting. tbh. i think i've experienced viva pinata enough with the first game to make buying the sequel kinda pointless.

Yeah, hopefully the pinatas transfer, or at least you have the option for it. I'm still a little bummed the co-op isn't online.

A bit less aimed at little kids this trailer, I think..

A friend of mine his little kid (6 years old) loves Viva Piniata, he's surprising good at playing the game, got his garden full of animals.. He plays it on PC, but that's irrelevant..
