Codemasters released these two videos of Overlord, the first one being your average but nice trailer, and the other showing some interactions between the Overlord and his minions.
According to a Codemasters developer in the games official forums the demo is suppossed to be released at the end of this week or beginning of next week on xbox live and pc via their site.
Love it. Love building stuff up from scratch, like the tower so you really feel like you're doning something. Especially when all those minions bow before you. Muha
It's excellent, I've played though it a couple of times now, and each time I've discovered something new, like a new area (I found the Health Sacrificial Pool, but near that is also the Mana version), or a different way of killing the Halflings. Can't wait for the full game! Going to be lots of fun I think. :D
Seems like there are a few areas only certain types of minion can get in as well, I found a lake I could wade into, but my brownies just stood at the waters edge (they can't swim), so I don't know if there is going to be something there later or not when I get the blues, guess I'll just have to wait and see :)
