catfish a lot iof people rate 2 over 1 after playing both..again recently (seriously only games this gen i have completed over 10 times each..) 1 is better, better story, better baddies, in some cases better animation, better sound (dts ffs) the second games is fantastic in its own right though
to me there like Halo CE vs Reach.
crystal skull was a spoof did you not get the memo? indie is a trilogy end of story.

Heh, I don't watch that many movies, I have long ago tired of most summer block buster cheese. The film just felt wrong, even Harrison Ford appeared as an unfortunate parody. Pity it wasn't even funny though.
Manthatyoufear: Far, far more people seem to rate U2 over U1 though...I would be one of them. Far more relentless pacing, better visuals, better animations, more varied environments, and better mechanics...

Yup. As much as i loved the first, the second 1up'd in in every area...well, except for ONE...the first game had that awesome shirt crease that changed as you moved. Aside from that tho. U2 was better in every way.
And looking at things, ND seem to have done the impossible and made something even better. Gaggin to play it.
lol thing they are showing does not happen even in a movie. I hope everything was shown is controllerable as a player. 9 out 10 times the player should die but everything should be playable not just for a cool action sequence.

99% gameplay i'd say,
Shot of the plane and drake in red room - not user controlled
Climbing through vent - user controlled
Being dragged from vent - not user controlled
Punching guy in face while pinned to wall - user controlled
Fight in back of plane - user controlled (was actually different to previous footage)
Moving inside plane avoiding falling cargo - user controlled
Being knocked out of plane and grabbing onto netting - not user controlled
Climbing netting - user controlled
Draging guy off netting - user controlled
Jumping between sections - user controlled
Shooting dudes in the face - user controlled
Trying to prevent yourself being sucked out of plane - user controlled
Being sucked out of plane - not user controlled
I suppose you have to treat this game a little differently. It's what it is, and that's a game that does the interactive movie better than others. I think it works very well if this is the type of experience you crave. The real action parts feel good enough too but not quite matching how impressive everything seems elsewhere. ND's writing and direction though has always been their strength, and they're putting it too good use here
As a one off film type experience i'd definitely play this if i had the chance

Oohhh, controversial stuff. I like controversy, which is why I agree. It's certainly nothing to blow jizz all over the show, like a lot of the PS3 fanboy bollox tend to do.
