Taken from the short extract that was demoed at Jimmy Fallon's late night show, the following images of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception prove once again that Naughty Dogs never cheat when it comes to delivering incredibly polished and breathtaking games. Needless to say that this third episode is one of our most anticipated titles of 2011.

Is it just mean or does Sully look like he's getting younger whilst Drake's aging rapidly..

Graphics are nice and all, but this gameplay segment bored me ALOT.
It was very "Uncharted 2" stuff, not a bad thing, but I wanted something special considering its Uncharted 3.

Anyways, I still can't wait for it to come out :)

I'm pretty sure they are holding back the mindblowing stuff till close to the release. The fact the game is looking and playing this well after a year is incredible.

I agree, but I have no rush to see that stuff.

Amazing games coming out within these few couple months anyway, so I will be very busy with those to think of Uncharted 3 :)

Ist it even confirmed in which time the game takes place? Wouldn't be too surprised if it's a pre-quel focusing on Drakes and Sullys relationship.

Sully doesnt look any younger, if anything older due to more gray hair.. Drake doesnt look any older in this part of the game, though it seems like there is a fast forward in time at some point in the game, as the scenes with him in the desert showed an older nathan.

If there is a legit way to get it, be sure we will. Now you may need to be patient because we are not GT and we usually must wait longer.

terrible screenshots and the game pretty much looks like Uncharted 2 (which isn't a bad thing as Uncharted 2 is a fine looking game)

I think this series is ok...both 1 and 2 were like 7.5/10's I personally loved Jak 3 way more...still day 1 though

Oh, And I hated Jak 2 and 3, loved the first though. Guess that's why our opinion on Uncharted differs so much.

no...I know Naughty Dog makes good games and I liked 1 and 2 so I am looking forward to 3. But this series is highly scripted IMO which kinda makes them unplayable the second time around. Maybe if they weren't so scripted....

Btw I'd personally rate UC2 a 9.5/10. There's a reason why almost literally everyone else did too and it won more GOTY awards than aany other game ever made. The game was fantastic and one of the best, if not the best, game of this gen IMO. Looks like Uncharted 3 will be even better so far! Don't know about you guys bashing it "ZOMG totally looks the same as UC2!!!!1" - which it doesn't btw - but that's a great thing to me.

overrated? the games bombed and didn't get good reviews. Gears of War is overrated not Uncharted...2nd one was hyped due to its graphics (prior to release that is)

I dont believe in over or underrated. What is considered to be the general consensus doesnt have to be the opinion of any particular person (by definition, it isnt). What one person considers overrated might just as well be considered underrated by another. The point is, it is general. any game that gathers high praise Like Uncharted 2 must be doing something right!

Now in my personal opinion, Uncharted 2 is one of the best games I have played this gen, probably ever, and Uncharted 3 doesnt look to be heading in any direction that would lead me to believe it wont also be great.
