looks great too and has some sahweet animations.
cool song.
Anyways, I am gonna make sure to get in the beta.
Maybe some kill streak rewards?
Graphics look outstanding and I like the map design going on, just wish the combat felt better, more intense.
But that was ND's first MP take to Uncharted series so you have to give them credit for trying.
With so much experience from U2 and what fans what, U3 should be much better.
It may be just me, but Uncharted always feels like one of those games where multiplayer is not really a good fit - and then the experience of playing it, is not something that is going to take you away for more than a week or two, from the multiplayer of the juggernauts in the multiplayer arena.
Honestly, ask yourself. This fall are you going to be playing more Uncharted 3 multiplayer, or more Battlefield 3, or Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer? I think for the vast majority of gamers, the question answers itself, and really wish that in games like this, all the resources spent on creating multiplayer, went into making the single player experience better, or longer (or both). And yes as awesome as the Uncharted single player experiences have been (U2 was GOTY, for crying out loud), there is always room for improvement.
As it stands this fall, even second tier multiplayer titles, like Rage and Gears 3, are likely to have far more gamers, for far longer, playing in the multiplay, than U3 - not a slag off against U3, just that for some reasons, shooters and multiplay go hand in hand like peanut butter and jelly. And when you have no less than four AAA, multiplayer shooters, from four of the best development studios in the industry at delivering multiplayer fun, all hitting the market at once, that simply does not leave room for an action-adventure game to ply it's hand at multiplay, and expect to walk away with a respectable audience to stick around for that, after they have wrapped up playing probably the best single play, action campaigns all year. And not to be forgotten, but Batman: Arkham City, another AAA action-adventure game, itself is showing up with multiplay in tow around the same time as U3. Talk about cannibalizing the remainder of the multiplayer audience who would turn their backs on all those shooters in favor of action-adventure multiplay. And for the record, I wish Arkham City would eschew multiplayer as well, in favor of spending the resources to make the single player campaign better.
Anyway, that looked amazing. Best console graphics quite easily, and this is only multiplayer!! Loved the look of those vehicle sections too, could bring an interesting twist to the gameplay. If it's anything like the 2nd - which it looks to be improving on, somehow - then it will be the GOTY frontrunner. Looking forward to this more than any other game on any platform. Maybe except the Last Guardian but I'd like to see more of that.
Like the weapons in Killzone, it just says in the description how effective it is but you don't have those stupid jauge comparing each weapons and it's like putting a useless weapon in the game which is far weaker than the others and no one will use it.
I m hyped about the new boosters though. I just hope they won't put things like the glass jaw and others boosters that make you see the opposite team that just led to camping games.
I m really interested in the " scenaristic MP games " if it's like KZ3 operation mode I' m in.
Beta for PS+ members and players purchasing Infamous 2 on the 28th
July 5th for everyone else on the PS Store. can"t wait for Infamous 2 and this beta to come.
MW3 is COD, COD is a killstreak based MP, dont be surprised if its shit like MW2 and Black Ops, which I think it will, but fans will eat the hype and get it as usual and then later on start bitching how cheap it is, how laggy it is how glitches are being used to their advanatge (carepackages).
BF3, well its BF, that will be fun for those who are into that sort of thing.
For me, 3rd person shooter will always be better than first person, I like to see my character on the screen.
PS. Good thing they added sprint.
Looks fucking awesome, BRING IT!
This blows everything else away, especially any games based on UE3 (Looking at you, gears)
