This week end, Paris gets its own game show called "le festival du jeu vidéo". Hopefully, the press was allowed in today so we took our good old camera and went there to bring you back some footage of the upcoming games of 2009 and 2010. Let's start with Forza Motorsport 3 and another 60 fps video in cockpit view. The track is still El Camino and I've had problems to drive properly with the Fanatec wheel - to me it needed some tweaking in the option menu but maybe I'm just really bad - but it's still worth a look.
Update: Added the replay of the same race, not encoded as well as usual due to an utter lack of free time here.

All we need now is for MS to give you some direct feed capture time.

Commented on 2009-09-18 00:55:09I know all tracks ca't be at the same exact texture quality, but why take pictures in that shitty part of the track?

Commented on 2009-09-18 04:02:34 In reply to TytarianBTW, really funny to compare the comments on this post to the last Forza (Ferrari !) post. It makes me think that they touched these up, or released them specifically because they were better shots then the ones we got earlier. T10 saw this site and said, "Holy sh*t, we'd better get some really good shots to this site cuz people are bitching up and down about the shaders and the quality of the shots!"

It looked like the deadzone needed adjusting (a bit too twitchy), but wow! Took the plunge and watched the damned vid anyway, It looks fucking awesome!
Thanks Driftwood. That should keep the nay-sayers away for a bit!
