Capcom released this over two minute long gameplay (that has been available on Marketplace for a few days) video of Lost Planet. It shows sequences from one level (I guess), and it continues to look good. I wonder if you can press A and use those crates as cover? A multiplayer demo will be released next thursday on the Marketplace.

I hope they fix up the controls a bit more in comparison to the E3 demo.

I do see they have changed the aiming in such a way that the camera immediately responds if you move the analog stick, instead of having the cursor move a bit first and then moving the camera as it was before.

This is much better now, imo.
Now I just hope they fix some other issue's and I might get this game...

Btw Blimblim, wasn't there another Gamersyde Episode on it's way?
Excuse my impatientness, but I'm really looking forward to the next one... :)

With games like Gears of War, DOAX2, and Lost Planet releasing this season, I almost forgot the PS3 was launching, if not for all the violence over who gets to sell his first on ebay!

Lost Planet looks AMAZING. Capcom is quickly becoming my favorite company again (not since 2000/01...)

@ Jato, that only seems to happen when the guy in this clip uses a shotgun. But when he uses the assault rifle, you'll see the aim à la E3 demo.

You're right but it's not like that all the time, even with the assault rifle.
Have another look and you'll see that both "aiming modes" are present in this video, regardless of the type of gun, so I guess it's a option that can be turned on or off then..?

graphically this isn't all that amazing, does look amazing in places tho, but doesn't carry that over for the entire game, but it looks fun, and multiplayer looks great

I'd not buy DOAX 2 if I were you, IGN gave it a 6.4 and deservedly so. It's garbage, just a few more minigames and same graphics except in HD. Not worth paying full price.
This game looks damn awesome! Gears of War, Lost Planet, Rainbow Six: Vegas, and other killer apps make me very very excited!

Ahhh Lost Planet. I cant wait for the demo. It's one of my most wanted games. I still enjoy playing the SP E3 Demo and graphics are awesome in High Definition.

Why would you go out of the way to warn someone off a game ?

Just because IGN said it was crap doesn't mean anything to a fan who liked the first one.

Edge gave RB6 a 6 so i assume that's not worth buying either.

Besides last time i checked 6 was above average.

After playing GoW this game doesn't look that special anymore.. But the explosions etc look nice..

Fine, I was just advising you not to spend so much money when you could just rent it for way cheaper. But it's your choice how you spend your money.
If you can give me a link that EDGE gave RB6 a 6, I'll believe you. 'Cause nearly every other site/magazine has given it a 9.0-9.5 rating.
