The demo of Need for Speed: Most Wanted for Xbox 360 is now available in the Live Marketplace. Since I still do not have the full version I've decided to use it to make a few videos of the game. I have to say that I've been quite pleasantly surprised by the gameplay, the sound and also the graphics, but unfortunately the framerate is just horrible :(

Really? framerate bad, grr, i played the xbox demo this month on the demo disk and while it was fun, the framerate was really bad, i thought they would have cleaned it up like they did with the graphics and such for this version!
anyway. I've seen direct feed videos from Gametrailers.com and IGN and such and the framerate looked pretty flawless there! Strange
If so do it look much bether on XBOX 360?
I have played the PC version and I just watched this video.
I can't see much differens.
Maybe its a little bit sharper and the reflection on the car is a little bit betther.
But not much else.
btw, how large is the demo (mb) and how long did it take to download on ur connection? Just out of interest!

thanks
So, once downloaded is there a menu in the 360 guide where the demos are stored?
I think its a really nice idea that, download demos straight to console
Btw blim, when capturing ur video, is it running at 480, 720p or 1080i?
What option are available to play online?
Do you all just race and have cops chasing you? or can some of you be cops and some racers ?
Seems odd that a demo that was released now after the console launch isnt as good in terms of FPS as the launch game :P THey prob used old demo!
That's not gonna be good for retail.
i just liked the old school nfs way better the underground series...
oh well, pgr3 is the launch game for my racing needs :)
BTW, there's also an NBA Live demo up there. No luck with that one either. So far all I've been able to DL is trailers.
So it doesn't cost any money to download demos (that would suck since PC demos are MANY and FREE). But how many demos are there available right now? Do you think they'll keep supporting that feature, which would basically mean no more waiting for OXM demos?
EDIT: Can you also download gameplay videos of future games, or trailes, etc etc?
THANKS!
:D
THANKS!
:D
Btw this is for a someone in France, it certainly could be different in other countries.
Blim, when u are capturing the video footage, is it at 480, 720 or 1080?
