Ubisoft has been silent about Watch_Dogs since E3, and finally released some new media of the game with this trailer showing Aisha Tyler's character in-game. A Ubisoft employee said no his twitter that this video wasn't a good representation of the game, be it current or next-gen. Let's hope so...

Commented on 2013-07-31 14:02:05 In reply to DriftwoodEither way, regardless of graphics (and poor animation - I don't know if that will differ between versions), that was simply a terrible boring video to release to promote their game.

People should stop focusing on graphics so much and focus on the core gameplay experience. From what I saw of WatchDogs, it could like like The Sims and I'd still get it.

To Translate: Whomever was over making that trailer isn't closely tied to development of the game and purely didn't know to go in and make the game look prettier. Probably left the game at whatever the default settings are, which tend to be low even if it was being run on a high end machine.

Commented on 2013-07-31 21:18:26Its PC on low detail settings. When they started showing the gamplay it was the PC version, than they showed the PS4 version on E3 and at some tv show. In both cases it looked really nice. No need to panic.

That is not whining or being negagive like you say, but simply questioning what is going on with Watch Dogs so we know what platform to buy it for.
Personally I don't see how it looks less interesting. The more I see(barring this vid of course) the more interested I am. I don't get the negativity other than massively unreasonable expectations...

That said I don't think the game looks this awful on the next-gen consoles, but something don't add up.
