Codemasters just announced a few minutes ago that Worms 4: Mayhem would be released during the second quarter of this year. By taking over the series (published by Sega until now) Codemasters wanted to have the gameplay going back to the roots of the series. I don't think a lot of people will complain about this.

It looks more like a expansions for Worms 3, than a totally new worms game
but only time will tell
