Frame city killer en remaniement?

Despite being the first Japanese-developed game to use the Unreal Engine 3, Frame City Killer has failed to generate much interest from the Xbox 360 crowd. According to a recent interview with Famitsu Xbox 360, Kentaro Kawashima and Masaki Kunimori, the game's producer and director, hope to change that. Currently, Frame City Killer is undergoing a graphical makeover—likely spurred by the thoroughly underwhelmed reaction to an early previewing of the game. Kawashiima admits that the team has had a difficult time because of unfamiliarity with the Unreal Engine 3.

There is also talk of adding side missions to beef up the gameplay, and even the possibility of incorporating some level of online functionality. However, Kunimori was quick to explain that Frame City Killer will not feature online multiplayer. Instead, the game could include some form of player-to-player data exchange.

It's good to see Namco reevaluating this project, but we're still willing to bet that Frame City Killer will be an early victim of Japanese developers' efforts to "Westernize" their games. A release date is expected to be announced soon.

Avis : si quelqu'un condamne un jeu en se basant uniquement sur les performances graphiques sans évoquer le gameplay, je lui bouffe l'oeil gauche.

Je comprend pas ce raisonement, si il sort et que c'est une daube tu t'en fout, si au contraire ils reussisent a gommer les défauts et a le transformer en bon jeu on sera tous gagnant.
Et je te ramene à ta signature ;)

Le pire c'est que le jeu utilise l'unreal engine 3 et qu'au final les graphismes sont quand même bien pourris... Y'a qu'a regarder UT ou Gears of war pour se rendre compte de la vraie puissance de ce moteur. On peut quand même saluer cette initiative de remaniement, ca devient tellement rare de ne pas être pris pour des vaches à lait et des gros cons...

Y'avait tout de même certains screenshot de ce jeu, surtout les personnages en gros plan, dont on se rendait bien compte de l' UE3 ! Mais dés que ça passait en "plan large" , on aurait dis de la playstation! C'est clair qu'il devait avoir un sacré souci de developpement ! Ceci dis, je les felicite (même s'ils s'en fou lol) de leur initiative de retravaillé dessus!

PS: J'aimais aussi bien les combats à main nu, c'est Namco aussi faut dire!

Laissez moi croire en ce jeu.....Pour ceux qui ont aimé breakdown! (jeu que j'ai adoré, meme si c'était pas super beau et pas super bien top géant parfois mais globalement c'était une expérience géniale!)

J'adore le faîte qu'une une compagnie de pneu faisant une pub peux être consideré comme un prophète :S (Si la réference était anterieur à la pub je m'excuse d'avance).

Va falloir s'y habituer, les références culturelles sont en pleine révolution, les pubs formatent notre façons de penser, ce n'est pas très étonnant de les citer consciemment ou non, triste monde...
