Coming to a PS3 near you this November?
The mysterious PS3 Oblivion page lists a release date of November 6, 2006.
Aside from a mocked-up box image and a price of $59.99, the page lists virtually no other details. There's a generic list of game features, but nothing to differentiate it from the original Xbox 360 and PC versions.
We've put the call out to Bethesda developer and co-publisher Bethesda Softworks -- stay tuned for the official response.
Wii60!
probably fake.
Games sure are fun.

The xbox 1 was superior to the PS2 in every way, but people still bought the PS2 despite that. The price of the PS3 will be a big problem for it, even if it gets oblivion.
That said, I dont think Oblivion is coming to the PS3. Until Bethesda says it, i wont believe it.

And, people both machines are equal. But, 360 does have 64 more MB of ram to work with. The game won't have better graphcs.

Will it happen?
Beats me..but it's downright naive to think that it's impossible. I'd hate to see MS lose a powerful "exclusive" though--until we see Mass Effect hit it's the keystone to the X360's rpg lineup.
Thing is, with MS being equally nice to PC and the 360 as platforms, it feels like we have no real first party exclusives either. Being a multiplatform gamer, I don't *really* care, because I just grab the best version of stuff regardless, but I do have sort of an Xbox heart beating inside of me (surrogate Sega mother) and I loved it back in Xbox 1 days when we got stuff like Brute Force and Amped that felt decidedly Xbox gamey.
With MS emphasising how important it is with exclusives this generation I'm baffled at the lack of in house stuff.
Because when we have Oblivion to keep as "our own" this is exactly the kind of disappointment we're set up for, because as the PS3 breezes past the competition (again, bitter) stuff will gravitate towards it once more and we'll be standing here with our stuttering previews of things that'll be fully realised elsewhere. :(
