Pretty neat demo, though there's not much to it. The car models are excellent. Makes me want GT5.

Who else is on the PS3 network? We should start a thread for gamertags or whatever Sony calls them..I could use some friends on my new console.

They didn't want to give it a name because they see it as part of the PS3 experience and they said giving it another name would make it seem like another service when in fact it's just the deal you get when you buy the PS3. Makes sense.

Not to worry though, internet to the rescue- In most forums and generally it's referred to as 'PSN ID' or 'PSN Name'.

Have you people noticed how drifting is a big focus of GT now? The intro for the demo is all about cars drifting, and there's a video somewhere showing a skyline drift run, and it seems like now that's something implemented into the game.

I honestly think this is something that came as a result of Forza and its physics engine that lent itself well to drifting. Before Forza, GT was all about just racing normally, and although you'd see a video of GT drifting here and there, the game's handling wasn't good for that.........Forza came and now PD makes the intro for the demo all about drifting. This is not a coincidence at all IMO, and not saying there's anything wrong with that, that's actually a good thing :D

At least to me, the drifting in past GTs looked very surreal.
