FN3: Impact Punch, Good Or Bad?

What do you guys think, from the demo obviously.

Although its a good to add to the realism, it feels like it will turn into another gimick like the Haymaker was.

This is just my problem with it : I tried it out today and i played as RJJ as he has a weaker punch and a weaker chin then Hopkins.

All the rounds i just stayed on the ropes keeping my gaurd up letting hopkins throw punches at me and every so often i would parry one of his shots, and throw a haymaker at him, he was winning the whole round and then i just downed him in 2 hits.

I even got a 1st round KO, knocking him down 3 times with only about 15 odd punches thrown by me.

I cant imagine what this would be like online. Other then that, the game rocks, but is it just me or has the game either been slowed down majorly or does the demo just have a really bad fps?

The demo seems a little slower than the full game videos I've seen, I think it also defaults to easy because the opponent AI is extremely dumb.

As for the Impact Punch I think it will be superb, it reflects real boxing in that you can change the whole fight in a moment if you land a powerful punch on a tired opponent.

Because the impact punch takes allot of time to build up: swing back then hit em, you can easily counter it by either blocking or quick straight to the head, don't think this will really make a big change but if u can master this u may find a way to get back in a fight so i think it's a good addition to the game...
