Gamersyde est un site de média-information consacré à l'actualité du jeu-vidéo consoles et PC, et spécialisé dans la production et diffusion de vidéos de haute qualité à très haut bitrate dans leur résolution et framerate d'origine. À l'heure où la compression vidéo exagérée devient de plus en plus la norme sur Internet, Gamersyde est le dernier petit village gaulois à encore résister à l'envahisseur Youtube. Toutes les vidéos sont disponibles en téléchargement et en streaming, jusqu'en 4K et 60 images par seconde dans les deux cas, et dans une qualité largement supérieure à celle de Youtube pour le streaming. Nous sommes également en mesure d'enregistrer des extraits de jeu en HDR pour les joueurs équipés d'écrans compatibles. L'intégralité de notre contenu est gratuit, et accessible en français ainsi qu'en anglais.

Inscrit depuis 7573 JoursXAL: That's some backwards reasoning--how about trying this one on for size: For years, developers have supported their products (especially online games) with free content--free add on content--that wasn't originally included with the product..the patch includes content (code) not included on the disc too--do you think we should pay for that labor as well? There's a reason that some people don't like where this is heading--it's not because we're cheap--but rather that these things used to come at little or not cost to the gamer..sure there have always been expansion packs, that come with a fee..but rarely, until recently, would something so simple as a small package of maps or a few cars actually cost any additional fees..
Essentially less support for existing products at a greater cost then in the past, yay. They could atleast make real expansion packs.

I'm not pointing fingers or anything--it's the direction the whole industry is heading--less free support--more fees..but the majority of the market doesn't care--so those of us that do will just have to get used to it..

I don't like paying again either, but I bitched about the halo 2 maps when I first heard about the charge, then when they cmae out and were high quality I willingly handed over the cash for some extra replay value.
if all it really is is new cars, I might not pay, or I might, depending on how much. I just don't think the good ol' days were nearly as good as you may have alluded to. Now, if we're at a point where they are intentionally subverting possibly user created free content to sell prepackaged content, that is a different issue, no matter what the quality.
remember when counterstrike was a free mod?
