Thanks for the HQ clips. I enjoyed the show, really happy that an actual gameplay focused platformer won, Astro Bot is truly fun.
Normally I dislike cinematic trailers instead of actual gameplay however when it's a sequel so the gameplay is kinda known I don't mind and the Witcher IV delivered except the change of Ciri's voice actress.
The new ND game trailer didn't do it for me now but still looking forward to it.

I also liked that Geoff used the Muppets for the insult, he knows how people were bashing the show in the past because of the ads and things like that.
They need to cover the budget somehow and at least these are relevant ads about gaming so I'm fine with it.

I didn't expect GTA VI however I was eager to hear abour the 007 game that didn't happen.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of the game. That said, I don't know if I want them to follow the Dark Souls trend, which the trailer seems to hint at. We'll see, I'm confident it will be great, it's nice to see them give a go at sci-fi.

Thanks for these. Crimson Desert looks crazy, but pity it is still so far out. End 2025 sounds like Spring 2026 to me...

I'm gonna bet (hoping) that it's a bit of a throwback to the kinda PS2 era of melee based action titles. At most, similar to modern God of War. But yeah I'm not really down for it being a Souls like. Good thing is, particularly now with Sony looking to acquire From, it's very likely that they don't want their other studios borrowing too heavily

Do you think the game will stick to cinematic scenes like a modern God of War, or try something more open like the classic PS2 games?

Yeah I was also thinking they might work on a souls like game or Elden Ring like game. Especially  because Neil Druckmann says in the Playstation Blog "This will be the deepest gameplay in Naughty Dog’s history". Imagine the deep gameplay of a From Software game and combine that with the deep story telling of a The Last of Us game. Sounds like a great combo. My only concern is all this branding like Porsche.
