Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (5 Weeks ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (7 Weeks ago)

And yes. It's not good, but I can live with it.
But, that doesnt mean you are in, just mean those that those who bought it gets higher priority on DICE's list of the September beta to be in.
Now I dont know if its for PS3 or PC (I bought it on PS3 so I am guessing its on that).
One thing I tested on the Alpha is the 360 controller, it works great and is native (thank god) except one thing, left analog is very screwed when you move it and try to aim. It goes all over the place even with the slightest move.
Wish there was a way to fix that, but isnt.
I didnt expect to enjoy this game, but its more fun now IMO, probably because its in a city with houses and all, and not like BC2 were its all hills, jungles...etc. so I like that.
PS. Love the near end match music, you can hear the famous BF theme remixed with the trailer cue, pretty neat.

Ultimately, saying all of this "true sequel" crap and then releasing a BC2 map is a kick in the nuts. Choke points, camping, and a single vehicle (with regenerating health, lol).. it feels a lot more like some hybrid of MoH and BC2 than any core Battlefield game I have played. I still think with the proper feedback they can have one of the best military shooters ever, but they better listen to the people they claimed they were making this game for. People are giving them great feedback. Now lets see what they do with it. I'm not going to detail any complaints since there is an NDA, but the game needs a lot of work before it's really "Battlefield 3." How about giving us a fucking conquest map in the beta?

I remember he said he didnt like it during the entire gameplay.
The music in the beginning of the match and a few seconds before end of it is not an issue for him, I think.
And the way it ramps up at the end is really cool. It's way better than that annoying horn from Bad Company 2 :D
Battlefield hardly gets a free pass. I've been just as critical in my impressions of Bad Company 2 and now Battlefield 3 as I am of Call of Duty. Call of Duty just isn't a relevant to me anymore anyway.
That said, the G3 is probably my favorite gun in the beta, if not for the sound alone. HOLY SHIT. It sounds so brutal.. especially indoors!
YOUTUBE, record that shiiiiiiit

I'm sorta concerned about claymores in BF3. They weren't too bad in BF2 though, so we'll see how that works out in practice. They're among my least favorite items in any first person shooter. AT Mines are fine.. but the set it and forget it kills against infantry are nonsense. I still want a quick kill function on the knife too.
And did anyone notice that they swapped the weapon binds from what they were in BC2--which was already different than BF2. Jeez confuse me more! And how about any observations about how the gameplay works? Did anyone notice that if you held the knife hotkey that it equiped it instead? That's sorta handy.. Oh.. and if you jump early over many surfaces, you can avoid the vault animation and still clear the object/wall whatever. It feels much faster.
