I think they are from the Photo mode but I am sure they are a very good indication of how the game will look.

Still, we all know the game will look awesome when its released. Heck look at Motorstorm, that looks damn good. I can really see this game looking just as good or maybe even better.

every site has the game down for TBA (To Be Announced) 2007 meaning it's sometime this year. That doesnt help much I know ;)

Apparently the latest Edge says that the 360 is in fact the lead SKU. Codemasters got Sony to help with the NEON engine so it wasn't so far behind the 360 version.

Looks sweet, can't wait to see some better (realer) pics including gameplay. This will be mine, mostly because it's the only next-gen-rally game I've seen thus far.

Looks different than the early shots.......like downgraded. Those were 100% BS so not bad I guess. These ones look a bit more like it but still too clean to be true. I'd love to see a video.

I guess photo/replay mode shots will always look better. Xenos is capable of some really nice particle effects though so the DIRT could end up looking awesome. Gameplay footage please!

Interesting. What I had heard was the tail end--Sony had their PSGL stuff and an "open" engine for PC-PS3 porting and helped Codemasters get it up and running for their purpose. It will be interesting to see how this ends up...
