Since 7578 DaysThe hardware did not make them design levels that funnel you from place to place. Crysis 1 isn't really an "open world," either. There are sandboxes on the Xbox far bigger than any level in Crysis 1. But lets forget that. The idea that the hardware crippled them is downright absurd. Are you telling me they couldn't provide any open flanks (and couldn't let me go around the fucking block) because it was a console game? That's ridiculous.

Since 6902 DaysThe zero gravity alien level in Crysis 1 was superb! They should have mixed in some Halo plus zero gravity level for something new & refreshing. The story in Crysis 2 was simply awful, I hope they don't bring back that retarded hollywood writer
Since 7445 DaysAlien planet would be good and the suit wouldnt be something that wouldnt be able to upgrade since the suit technology is based on their technology and the catalysts you gather from the dead aliens lets you upgrade it.
Having that Halo/Mass Effect 3/Aliens sort of planet and the Cryengine 3 and its Crysis gameplay, it would work.
Steal a ship, fly off to the homeplanet and infiltrate their base and get some action done there. Be creative you damn bastards Crytek, so much potential and you throw it at the crappy NY...or earth.

I've tried to cross-check this info from the PR and the Playbox issue, but I'm still not sure if these things are new info or not.
- Desert, water, forrest and mountain environments are promised inside the Dome.
- They were shown gameplay. "Vegetation has never been done better". Destruction very well ("A Ceph flying vehicle roars past you and tear up surface (/raffle) from the ground").
- The bow can be equiped with different types of arrows. Usual and explosive are shown.
- Alien weapons can be picked up from the ground and used. Plasma gun "similar to Halo universe" and grenade launcher shown.
- Game is being shown on PC with X360 controller, so I guess controllers are confirmed.
There's only two new screenshots in the article. One showing some kind of beaming weapon being fired, great particle and lighting effects. The other just of the main character.
