Images 2 and 6 from top to right is saved as wallpaper, so freaking good!

I dont care who says anything bad about the bow, its badass with the right idea.
Go in predator style with a touch of Rambo.

Cloak, take your bow out, get in a headshot and come out of cloak, just awesome. Especially if it was in 3rd person lol.

Anyways, most wanted FPS for me, along with Halo 4 and future Killzone 4.

The thing that really turns me off about this game is the alien stuff was really uninspiring in 2.

But, yea, the bow is pretty neat.

I agree, the aliens are boring in design.

IMO, they should look more at Predator's and Aliens, but if they do that, they will go "rip off!".

The bow is cool, if it was there from the outset ( ala turok), but it seems kind of pointless after 2 games of using high powered rifles, alien tech and silenced weaponry. Why wouldyou pick a bow when you have much more efficient guns that do the same thing, better?

You mean stealth, as in the thing we've been doing in all the past games without the bow? I'll take silenced rapid fire assault rifle and cloak over slow loading, bow and arrow. Guns are more efficient weapons, and when we know how much better they are, why downgrade for something worse? Seems odd.

I think I read somewhere that the bow firing wont take you out of cloak so that alone makes it better that guns, if they implement a stealth only way of doing things.

Don't see teh downgrade myself, is not like the Bow is the only weapon there, is just an option for a more stealthy gameplay thats it.

But that's the issue, it isnt MORE stealthy, it's just a worse option. I mean, how many soldiers do you see taking a bow to war? There is a reason we dont use them anymore in combat and conflict. They're simply not as good or efficient as guns. The only way i can see them making sense of a super soldier with a super suit using a bow and arrow is if for whatever reason it's your only option at the time? Other then that, it's a pretty pointless addition imo.

But the arrows comes with various tip technologies, something that bullets dont do.
Yes, stealth isnt bow exclusive, but to use it is awesome, a break from guns and more guns.

He can cloak like Predator since the first so I guess he is inclined to stealth, a bow, knife or whatever is more efficient way of killing without being noticed, of course a silenced weapon is too and I can see where you are coming from with your comments.

But again, is not like you are forced to use it, you feel underpowered by a Bow? there is a rocket launcher if you want powerfull weaponry, the setting this time feels for a more primitive kind of stealth with all that foliage and deep jungle stuff, I think is a great addition myself.

To each his own I guess, but as far shooters go I'd much sooner have Borderlands 2 and Bioshock Infinite - games which actually have some personality and character of their own, instead of generic space marine fights generic aliens in a generic city.

This isnt a space marine shooter since you are not in space (damn you crytek!).
Generic, VERY bullshit city.

Halo 4 is where my sci fi fix is, Crysis 3 is for that visuals and gameplay mechanics (suit).

Borderlands bored me within a few hours, I am a bit skeptical about 2, but they did add something more special to each character, especially the level and enemy designs this time.

Very very very very very few soldiers care enough about stealth to bother with a silent weapon system. Even SEALS are stealthy mostly because they arrive on the scene quietly, and then kill everyone in an amount of time that prevents anyone who would be able to do much reacting to do said reacting.
Plus, with how strong the suit makes the character, that bow could punch through some mean shit. A compound bow is a totally reasonable weapon if you are the kind of one man army who relies on stealth completely. Soldiers don't, they may be stealthy for a period, but most engagements with the enemy have zero stealth elements. Silenced weapons aren't.

So because Crysis 2 didn't look this good, this can't look good? This is a PC game, dumbass. Bullshots are actually possible, because all they are is more AA and AF than a console can handle. And Screen 3 isn't even that impressive, relatively speaking. I don't think you understand jack shit, so I'm just going to warn anyone away from listening to anything you say.

meh, I think if you going to lump Halo 4, Killzone & Crysis into the same thing then you might as well lump Bioshock and Borderlands in there 2.

None of these shooters are blowing my mind, even though I'll probably play and enjoy them all.
