Data/RAID Recovery Software

Does anyone know of a good recovery program that is free and actually works? I need something that would work with Windows 7 x64 and a RAID5 array. I've tried using Minitool Power Data Recovery 6.0 to no avail (files show up but corrupt).

There are three hdds in the array. All of them were working as they should but my Asus motherboard broke. I switched to a different model Asus mother board, enabled raid, and the array didn't show up. I reconfigured the hdds in the raid controller setup and made sure not to delete any data. The good news is that the array shows up and is healthy. The bad news is windows sees it as unallocated space. Lesson learned.

At least most of everything was backed up. :)
