Issues downloading from Backup server

Hello, I was trying to download older DOOM Eternal trailers, when I first encountered this issue:

This site can’t be reached
dlsecondary.gamersyde.com refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I tested the Backup server download of various other videos, but only one old Titanfall trailer worked. Using a different browser or a smartphone did't help. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Same issue here. I cannot download this video from the backup server:

I get the error message "Unknown error, please try again". Tested with Firefox.

Hello, 
same here, I cannot download the Elder Scrools Online latest cg trailers (Elsweyr and Greymoor). 
I have the same issue with other games videos (other videos download links works correctly).

Is it possible the repair?

If the videos aren't available anymore, we most lilely can put them back up. One, there would need to be available to download on the publisher's press site, which isn't sure, and two, it would require us to take time to get the videos on demand, which would be ok if it were our day job and didn't have to keep updating the website with new content. Sorry guys, but as far as I know, unless it's a technical issue, in which case only Blim knows and he doesn't seem to be willing to comment, there is nothing we can do about old videos which cannot be downloaded anymore.

I can't download from the backup server either. I am trying to download various Assassin's Creed trailers, and all have the same error: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

It would seem there may be an issue with the backup server itself, rather than the download files. Even when trying to access the backup server on a video just uploaded this month, I get a "404 - not found".
