This is looking pretty cool. Dont like the movement tho, the camera seems really locked to the back of raiden, which makes movement look way too clunky in an otherwise fluid game.

I hardly think so. If they cancelled it, I wouldnt miss it...that bitch was ugly shit, horrible design.

But the idea of the combat should be carried over to another game...MG Rising seems to be that game.

Bayonetta 2 was never announced, mind you. SEGA posted very heavy losses in the financial results for last year and they said they'd cancelled several unannounced projects, Bayonetta 2 is unofficially one of them.

My thougths exactly. Design was beyond horrible but figthing was quite cool.

Bayonetta art is not shit, the Bayonetta character might be bad for some, but the game has some really inspired stuff.

bayonetta looks pretty inspired. The main character may look weird as hell, but it's pretty creative and inspired. Her hair is her clothes :)

I like quirky designs in games so Bayonetta was OK (so was Ninja Gaiden). But the story in Bayo was so bad my head still hurts just thinking about it.

After watching some vids, my impression of this game is that it's bargain bin with a neat mechanic added in. I mean, Platinum Games are more than competent at doing action, but this just looks mediocre to me.
