Since 7315 DaysNG is about fluent combat. IF you want to juggle an enemy or if you want to kill him off quickly that is all left up to the player to decide.
NG is about interactive freedom in combat and in my opinion, QTE (while they add a certain cinematic feel) limits this freedom.
QTE's do not add anything to the NG series.
Since 7446 DaysCombo heavy games are like DMC and Bayonetta, NG was about defense and offense and to kill the enemies as soon as possible.
People were exploting it into long combos, something that the games wasent designed to be.
Yes QTE and NG in the same sentence is bad, but as long as its super minimal to none its fine.
But I learned to like the SoB sequence, it adds more brutal slow mo to it.
You can either do it super quick or wait half a second for a more dramatic finish.
I just dont want the QTE to be like God of War or some crap like that.
