After a long period of speculations

Speculations? We've seen more nudes of this for weeks than about any celebrity combined :D

I kinda regret skipping the original but back then I couldn't justify the low resolution as I'm not a portable kinda player but now I regret it and looking forward to the 2 unless Nintendo messing up the games with MTX or similar corporate crap. With DLSS this should work well as home console as well on 4K screen. April 2 is not that far.

DLSS requires power and works well with higher resolutions, it's not magic, so I don't think we should assume it'll be possible to implement it that easily.

I'd imagine a dlss like upscaler modified for the chipset, maybe like old dlss with a unique trained model for each game so it's not too heavy.

Possibly yes, but people can't expect the same level of quality that PC players can have these days.

Not only the quality of DLSS is important, but also how well games are optimized for the console hardware. Even the best technology won't help if the ports are haphazardly made.

Yes, optimization is of great importance. Even with a powerful DLSS, a game can look terrible if it is not adapted to the hardware.
