The beta ??? Did they send out the invites already ???? I did sign up too but didnt they say it was next year they will be sending out the invites ?

Yea against the NDA to post anything about the Beta, saying you got into the beta is considered breaking the NDA, obviously plenty of people will break it, which most of us should look forward too because most of us won't get into the beta at least til the later phases.

That would be great, but SE never does anything by half, so I would expect a complete redesign, something like FF7CC.

Plus what with FF13 just being released, FF13V on its way and FF14 it doesn't make sense to bring FF7 to the table aswell.

Of course there is the possibilty that its been in the works since the FF7 tech demo.

Nah but seriously, if anything i guess i'm hoping for KH3. I mean...i am stupid enough and have enough fond memories of FF7 to actually go out there and buy a remake but i don't know. I don't think it'd be all the things i'd want it to be even if it did come out.

And while we are on the topic of jrpgs and releases, where the f**k is Suikoden 6!? I want it NOW.

I actually think that KH is pretty mediocre. It takes all the bad stuff from both worlds instead of the good. Or rather, the disney stuff is completely interchangeable while the square stuff is at the core of the game. The game would be just as good if you cut the disney chunk away and just had the square guys draw new characters in their stead. Disney or not, it's still the same old pseudophilosophical-whiny-teen-coming-of-age story.

KH is terrible, the first one was kind of refreshing what with the disney addition, but 2 was just more of the same and 3 will no doubt stretch that out further.

The battle system was just button mashing and QTE button presses, the only thing i can't find fault with was its art style, a PS3 title would sure look nice.

Yeah, I hate KH with a fiery passion aswell. I do like the whimsical premise, and I love the themes the stories try to tackle about adulthood and belonging, but as a game I think it's mind numbingly inadequate.

As for a FF7 remake, I've never played FF7 myself but I somehow doubt anyone *really* wants a remake of that or any game they have fond memories of from that era and earlier. With the incredibly low-fidelity visuals and the mostly text based narrative/dialogue, you'll have a picture in your head that I just can't imagine will be done justice by Nomura's interchangable lady models and gravity defying cutscene flipouts.

i wouldnt mind a sequel to the bouncer....sure the first one was utter shit, but there was a lot of potential in there. i remember been hyped to hell after seeing the trailers before the game was relased, then it just ended up being a poor man's streets of rage. only in 3D

Ahhhhh the Bouncer.

It may be a load of balls but I still remember the weekend when me and my friend rented it. I bet my mate £1000 that he couldn't defeat the last couple of stages of the boss with 1hp and he went and did it. Needless to say he's never received the £1000.

    Driftwood @Blackninja: je doute qu'ils osent modifier ce genre de choses, car le jeu original n'était pas construit sur de telles mécaniques. Avec un remake, tu dois penser aussi aux fans de la première heure. (il y a 3 Heures)
