I hope not, XBL will crash with so much download and content.

But I know that DE promised a Dark Sector demo before launch which is the 25th.
So maybe that game will have a demo soon on XBL and PSN, who knows.

SEGA has announced the immediate availability of a Condemned 2 playable demo for Xbox 360. The demo, available now on Xbox LIVE Marketplace, is set mid-way through the game's first level and gives players the chance to step into the shoes of former Serial Crimes Unit investigator, Ethan Thomas.
