Air fight videogame Ace Combat 6 (Xbox 360) is coming back at us with new downloadable content which will add, as soon as tomorrow, many new models to test in the skies. You will have to spend 1600 Microsoft points for the complete package, otherwise the price range from 300 to 400 points per plane. There's one that is free too.
Atari and Namco released a new batch of airplanes for Ace Combat 6 yesterday, giving you the choice to buy six different ones with various themes - how about 'The Idolmaster'? I have been able to take them for a spin, and inside you will find a gameplay video of one of the airplanes (a Ace Combat 3 classic) plus some images and prices.

Namco Bandai's Ace Combat 6 was released in Europe yesterday, and today we have a great interview with the game's producer, Hiroyuki Ichiyanagi. After a lot of troubles with the customs I've finally received my japanese import copy of Ace Combat 6, and I certainly don't regret buying it. I had played a bit of Ace Combat IV on the PS2 so I more or less knew what to expect, but I was still surprised by the excellent gameplay, the mostly fantastic graphics and the overall level of polish of this game. Without a doubt one of the best titles released by Namco in the last few years, I can only recommend it to everyone not afraid to vomit in front of his screen after a few himmelman turns.
Atari released this first Making Of of Ace Combat VI, to be released soon here in Europe. We'll have some gameplay videos of the game online in the next few days.
Namco went crazy and released nothing less than 100 images of Ace Combat VI. I think this is a record of some sort.
Namco knows how to tease us with these new high resolution images from the aerial game Ace Combat VI for the Xbox 360. The smoke and cloud special effects enchant me. Don't be afraid of giddiness at speeds over Mach 2 !
Namco released the TGS Trailer of Ace Combat VI, and wow it's a great one. I don't think a bit Hollywood studio would be ashamed to release such a trailer for their upcoming movie. And since the game also looks great, it's an awesome combo.
