Microsoft released these images of the upcoming downloadable content of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. Fans will certainly appreciate the return of the Klungo mini-game.
Update: Added the trailer.
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts was announced a bit more than 2 years ago, and certainly has been much awaited ever since. You've certainly all played the demo, so you know more or less exactly what the game is like. This demo is a rather good representation of what this new Banjo is all about, and while the fans of the previous games might be annoyed by the focus on vehicles, I can at least say that so far after a bit more than 30 Jiggies I never had to create a contraption from scratch to get a Jiggy, but just modified slightly an existing blueprint.
Fantastic surprise - Microsoft and Rare put together a long demo of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, and released it on the Marketplace. Here's a six minute video of it, with more to come. And no, I don't enjoy running over cute animals, I just wanted to show some of the dialogue in the game. Hopefully they've forgotten it when I play the full version...
Update 3: Images & last videos added, Banjo land and race.
Microsoft released these images of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, and that should be the last game from their line-up this show.
Update: New stage trailer from TGS added.
Update 2: Added a quite uninteresting but also very colorful gameplay video.
Here is the first video off Microsoft's booth, and as you'll be able to see the restrictions are quite annoying, not to say retarded. We basically had to show the games with a large angle, and were followed at all times by a PR person to make sure did it right, and only shoot about 30 seconds of each games. Awesome. So there it is, 30 seconds of not interesting Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts footage.
Microsoft released these new images of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, with some artworks to follow a bit later.
It's difficult to show Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts in motion on Microsoft's booth, so here is at least a video showing the huge level, on foot. Yes, it's a strange idea.
Update: Since this first video was sooo popular we HAD to do another one. So here is a race with some strange looking vehicles. Let's just say also that the player is not someone for the team, and the the strange vibrations in the video are due to the sound level of the MS demo stage on their booth. If you still don't understand why we don't have sound in our videos, I can't do anything for you anymore ;)
Microsoft released a couple of images from Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, to be released in November on Xbox 360. The images show the Jiggoseum level, a sport-inspired one.
Update: Flythrough trailer added.
Rare updated their web site with these 22 images (not all new) of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts.
As usual now Microsoft gave short but usually interesting gameplay videos of all their upcoming games to journalists, and as usual they are already all over the internet. So there you have them: Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, Fable 2, Gears of War 2, Halo Wars, Lips, Scene It ? Box office Smash !, Too Human and Uno Rush.
