Crytek has released the first dev diary of Hunt: Showdown that deals with the the gameplay evolution since the title's announcement when it was first named Hunt: Horrors of the Gilded Age and in development at Austin before the studio in Frankfurt took over.
Before E3, Crytek revealed that their project titled Hunt: Horrors of the Gilded Age became Hunt: Showdown, a PvP monster hunter game. The title debuted last week at E3 but behind closed doors so today Crytek has released 10 minutes of gameplay footage commented by Creative Director Magnus Larbrant and Level Design Director Chris Auty.
First screenshots for the other free-to-play game from Crytek. Hunt: Horrors of the Gilded Age is a third-person shooter and the debut title of Crytek USA which is composed of former Darksiders developers. It will enter closed beta testing on PC later this year.
