We don't know about you, but so far, we've had quite a terrible spring in France. As a result, the release of Lollipop Chainsaw might bring us the little sunshine we've been missing for so long. Suda51's new title will clearly not appeal to everyone, but it is unsurprisingly over the top. With colorful characters and a whole lot of Japanese humor, this is typically the sort of game that people will either love or hate. Here are a few gameplay videos of the Xbox 360 version.

Warner Bros. reveals the voice cast for Lollipop Chainsaw: Tara Strong stars as Juliet Starling and Michael Rosenbaum voices the head of her boyfriend, Nick. The game will be available in June.

Kadokawa Games has put online new screenshots of Lollipop Chainsaw and also reveal the special costumes that are based on some Japanese anime. Those outfits will be available in all countries according to the official twitter. It's coming in June.

The undying love between Juliet and Nick is finally explained in this trailer, just in time for Valentine's Day. Lollipop Chainsaw will be released later this year while Japan has a more precise date: May 2012.
