The ever nice MotorStorm is back with these 9 images. I just can't wait for the PAL release of this game so I can race online!
Enjoy these three new MotorStorm images, including a screenshot from the multiplayer mode to be featured in the upcoming PAL and NTSC versions of the game. We can't wait !
MotorStorm is/was so far the PS3 game I was the most hyped about, and the japanese version I got a few days ago is half-way to be what I was hoping the game would be. So they more or less nailed the graphics (bar a few slowdowns and glitches) and the gameplay is a good as expected, but it's unfortunately a quite empty, but pretty, shell. Besides running against the AI, there is nothing to do, absolutely nothing. And since there is no real sense of achievement in winning races after races, it gets boring quite fast. So let's just hope the US/PAL version will get a lot more content and that the multiplayer will be good!
Update: The mp4 version is now online, but for some reason doesn't work on my PS3. This is really annoying.
Update2: The second partie, featuring a quite out of the ordinary track is now online.
Sony released these 7 new images of MotorStorm. It's been a long time since I've been so hyped about a game, the demo was great!
The excellent MotorStorm will be released in less than 2 weeks in Japan, so it was about time for Sony to start a big advertising campaign. That's a good but very short way to discover a few new tracks of this game I'm really hyped about.
Finally here is the first "first 10 minutes" of Playsyde! It's been a long wait, no thanks to my PS3 being held for one week at the french customs. And since I'm not the luckiest guy in the world, I managed to get one of the very rare few defective PS3 out there. Yep you heard me right, my PS3 doesn't work correctly. It freezes randomly after 5-20 minutes of being turned on, as far as I can tell it's a RAM problem. Needless to say I'm thrilled to pay for the shipping to and back to get it fixed in Japan. Ho well.
Anyway, I've still managed to capture this rather sweet video of the MotorStorm's demo. And I totally enjoyed playing it! I just hope there will be enough variety in the final game, because the rest is just excellent.
Update: I just realized I completely forgot (again!) to thank DjMizuhara for all his help in getting this PS3 here in France. Thanks my friend!
It's now my turn to upload a few videos from the Micromania Games Show. I still have a lot of issues with my new camcorder so they are not as good as usual, but they will have to do.
Update : Added a second video.
We went to the Micromania Game Show, in Paris, and shot a couple of PS3 games. Let's begin with some footage of MotorStorm's new build, absolutely stunning visually. For our impressions and a lot more footage, see you in november with the second episode of Gamersyde Diaries.
The ever awesome looking MotorStorm also had his own new trailer during this Gamer's Day. I so can't wait to play that one.
