Old-gen is still (barely) alive and gets a few new interesting from time to time. Outrun 2 Coast to Coast is one of them, even if it is one of those games that you either love or hate. Thankfully I've always loved the Outrun series so I enjoyed playing this new episode a lot. Compared to Outrun 2, this new game has much more content, be it either tracks or game modes, and should last longer than the 2-3 hours it took me before getting bored last year. A game I personally recommend, but be sure to give it a try first!

Sega released these images from the PSP version of Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast. Looks fantastic, and there's of course no doubt in the fact that it will be really fun to play. Can't wait!

Sega released a bunch of images from the PS2- and PSP-versions of Outrun 2 Coast 2 Coast, also to be released by the end of this month on Xbox and PC. Some days ago they also announced a competition, where you can win an Outrun Arcade machine.

Sega just announced that Outrun 2006: Coast to Coast is under development for Xbox and will be released by the end of March. The game support online-play for up to six players and includes maps from both Outrun 2 and Outrun 2 SP. First Xbox images inside.

Sega put online the official Outrun 2 SP site with lots of images of the different tracks of the game. A Xbox release seems highly unlikely, but one can dream !

Sega-AM2 just released the first official images of Outrun 2 SP, a new version of the game with 15 new tracks, a more complete mission mode and all the cars from the Xbox version. Hopefully we'll get to play it one way or another.
