Love the fights! But the framerate looks a little bit choppy.

It's looking alright, but I'm not a big fan of the way every enemy is highlighted with that weird glow? Did that happen in the first one ( I can't remember )?
I mean I know that this is a computer simulation, but does it need to be highlighted quite so often??

I must say, as much of a borefest as the first game became, this really looks like they are improving on the game in so many ways. Looks like they really are putting their full effort into improving the first game and not just rushing out another stale sequal.

Should be interesting to see how this game turns out.

Thank you! I'm glad I'm not the only one. Yes they had it in the first one but it was more subtle. They really over did it this time. Why the hell do developers do shit like this? Talk about an immersion breaker! Going through these epic fights but everytime you target someone they glow really bright like that?!? Love the game but that part of it looks horrible.

Yes! That's what i've been thinking too. I think it almost kills the immersion.

really looking impressive...the first had incredible potential...was highly repetitive but still ending up being pretty decent...this could be very, very good indeed if they give it proper variety. They didn't learn their lesson with the extremely tedious PoP

That's looking a bit better now. Don't know why they even bothered showing earlier shots.

I liked the story of the first game, but found the controls WAY too fiddly. I mean, separate button combinations for walking through a crowd of people? Why not just make him walk through the crowd of people????

Simplesh!

I would assume the highlighting will be removed on harder difficulties?

Blame society for wanting less of a challenge

Looks really interesting. I like the whole philosophy behind it (ahem). Combat looks like its shaping up to be very full featured. I really like to animations and look of the fights, seems to me that the devs have already achieved the feeling of brutality that they were talking about. Add a compelling story and seamless integration of the aspects of gameplay and youre good to go.

May have been tedious, but was also awesome in how it gave players a unique non-linear storytelling experience and an excellent platforming world with great banter.

pheeew it's great that it's just not me, i've been watching this since they (ubi) confirmed it, but the whole highlighting has been a real issue for me...

Seriously, we've played the first game...WE UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A SIMULATION...it doesn't need to be exagererated to the exteme that is at the moment.

Hopefully this is something that you can turn off...if not...

UBI WE DON'T NEED THIS HAND-HOLDING

we don't all play Wii

sorry for the semi-rant
