Today's surprise won't be Fallout 4 that everyone was expecting anyway, but the annoucement of a console version of Assetto Corsa. The game will be available on PS4 and Xbox One in 2016.
This is great news and yes there is more going on with there physics but I don't think it will necessarily translate into a better experience than PCars for some. I believe iracing is in another league but I'm enjoying pcars for what they offer which for me is a more complete racing experience.

Kunos aim from now and release date should be to get the racing element as good as PCars. I dont care for dynamic weather or night racing just get the core gameplay 100% right.
