I guess I understood it the first time around, but it doesn't appear as if they are serious about building it out into something more substantial at all. Just toss more ridiculous things in there for the player to do.
They really could do to make things seem more substantial than they are.
still disappointed it's not a new island...but hey, least it has beach balls
looking forward to this, i hope there is some reason for the vehicles this time around, like some driving based missions especailly with the 4 player co-op. they felt massively pointless in the first game since you could just jump your way to where you wanted to go. the fact they've removed the whole "morphing car thing" (why i dont know, it was cool as hell imo) tells me cars are going to be largely pointless again.
i read they took out the whole gang organisation thing too, where you could take out the arms dealer to weaken another groups guns etc. another odd decision imo.
still, can't really say no to 4 player co-op. and its still one of the best games on the 360 imo. simple but fun. i do wish it was a new city tho. i hope it doesnt feel too familiar.
